It is important to note that food vendor applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, we strive to offer a variety of food options for attendees, which means we may deny applications if too many vendors offer similar foods.

Please be advised that upon approval of your application, payment will be automatically processed. It is essential to ensure that your payment information is accurate, as any issues with payment may impact the status of your application.

All food vendors using a propane tank must have a valid permit issued by the Santa Rosa Fire Department.

Vendors may request a second booth space (double booth) in advance by purchasing two spaces.
Whether you are a food vendor or artisan vendor, extra space must be arranged and paid for in advance — no extra booths will be added on the day of the event.

⚠️ If your setup exceeds your reserved space on the day of the event, you may be required to condense your setup or may not be allowed to vend.

In the event of heavy rain, the festival will be postponed to a later date. Updates on the rescheduled date will be provided if necessary.
