We are excited to be planning Summerween, a new and fun event for all! We encourage Summerween/Halloween themed products. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. We invite all vendors and crafters to join us and sell your products or handmade creations. Our Summerween Event will be on Sunday, June 22nd, from 1-5:00 PM! We have three different-sized booths: a 10’ x 20’ booth for $100.00, a 10’ x 10’ booth for $50.00, and Food Trucks for $100.00. We can provide two 8ft long tables and two chairs. But please let us know in advance.

To sign up for a booth(s), fill out an application and submit it. You will receive feedback from Citrus Fair staff by mid-May 2025. We require all booths to have a certificate of insurance. You can provide your own or purchase one through us.

¡Estamos entusiasmados de planificar Verano entreverano, un nuevo y divertido evento para todos! Fomentamos productos con temática de verano/Halloween. Navegue por nuestras aplicaciones y háganos saber si tiene alguna pregunta. Este es un acuerdo electrónico y, al seleccionar los puestos, usted valida y aprueba este acuerdo electrónicamente. Invitamos a todos los vendedores y artesanos a acompañarnos y vender sus productos o creaciones hechas a mano. ¡Nuestro Verano entreverano será el domingo 22 de junio de 1:00 a 5:00 PM! Contamos con tres puestos de diferentes tamaños: un puesto de 10’ x 20’ por $100.00, un puesto de 10’ x 10’ por $50.00 y Loncheras (Camiones de comida) por $100.00. Podemos proporcionar dos mesas de 8 pies de largo y dos sillas. Pero por favor, avísenos con anticipación.

Para registrarse para un(os) puesto(s) complete una solicitud y envíela. Recibirá comentarios del personal de Citrus Fair a mediados de mayo de 2025. Requerimos que todos los puestos tengan un certificado de seguro. Puede proporcionar el suyo o comprarlo a través de nosotros.

About the event

Join us for this new event on Sunday, June 22nd, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Cloverdale Citrus Fairgrounds! Love Halloween? This is the event for you! Come in your best summer-themed costume, carve some watermelon lanterns, and plant your Jack-O-Lantern to take home and grow for Halloween! Summery Halloween themed art, food, and beverages are encouraged!
