By participating in or attending Wildside Winery’s School of Witchcraft and Wizardry on June 21–22, 2025, all guests, vendors, and participants agree to the following terms:

1. Hold Harmless Agreement
All attendees, vendors, and participants agree to hold Wildside Winery, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from participation in this event.

2. Personal Property
Wildside Winery is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, supplies, or equipment brought to the event. All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the individual or vendor.

3. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are required to bring all necessary supplies, including tents, tables, chairs, signage, and any items needed to operate their booth. Wildside Winery does not provide these materials. Setup areas will be designated by winery staff upon arrival.

4. Safety & Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and family-friendly manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in removal from the event without refund or further notice.

5. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Please prepare accordingly for the weather. No refunds will be issued due to inclement conditions.

6. Media Release
By entering the premises, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use by Wildside Winery.

7. Magical Disclaimer
All potions, readings, and magical goods are for entertainment purposes only. Results may vary by wizarding level. ?
