About the application
Books & Brews, hosted in partnership with the Lynchburg Public Library, blends local literature and craft beer for a unique community event in the heart of the city. Attendees can discover books by regional authors while enjoying brews from local craft breweries, alongside vendors, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. Sponsorship offers a chance to support literacy, connect with an engaged audience, and celebrate local culture and commerce.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Artisans must supply their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, and wares. Books & Brews will not be supplying electricity for individual artisan vendors. All artisans must be prepared to set up their display and remove it within the time frames suggested by the DLA.
Prices
| 10x10 Booth | $75.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. |
| 10 x 10 Booth - Downtown Business | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This pricing is only available to businesses located within the Downtown Lynchburg business district. If an application comes through that is not in line with the business district boundaries, it will be denied. |
