Terms & Conditions

No additional tents or trailers that are not specified on the application should accompany the food truck. All Food Vendors must be prepared to supply their own power. All Food Trucks/Trailers/Tents must be prepared to set up their display and remove it within the timeframes suggested by the DLA. This time is usually limited to one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup.

Food Vendor - Downtown Business	$75.00	Non-refundable	This pricing is only available to businesses located within the Downtown Lynchburg business district. If an application comes through that is not in line with the business district boundaries, it will be denied.
