Non-Profit/Education/Kids Vendor Application

We welcome new ideas, vendors and activities.  Creative spaces & sponsorship opportunities available!  

We are doing things a bit differently this year... Applications will be open until categories/spaces are filled.  We will list categories as they fill bellow.  Vendor fees have not increased from last year, and there is a non-profit discount.  Hopefully you'll be able to pick your spot on the map when you apply, but if not, we will take care of it during the approval process.  Approvals should be received within a week of application.  Thank you for your patience while we figure out this new and exciting process!  

Non-Profit Vendors are in 2 locations on the property: Arena and Outside.  Use discount code NON30 for 30% off you booth fee!  Deeper discounts are available for organizations providing committee approved educational/entertainment activities. There is no non-profit discount for spaces inside the Expo Center.  Call Christi with questions - 907.738.9047.  

Thank you for applying!  Priority will be given to sponsors, Granville County businesses, and returning vendors. 

The $5 application fee WAIVED FOR THIS TYPE OF APPLICATION.

Refunds on the vendor fee are available before April 1, minus transaction processing fees.

I understand the risks involved and do hereby release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have now or hereafter against the Granville County Beekeepers Association, its sponsors, and committee members.  In addition, I release these organizers from loss, damage, injury, or liability for any nature which may be sustained by me or my staff. 
I agree to assume responsibility for any property which we may damage in connection with the Bee Jubilee.  
I acknowledge that I am responsible for meeting and following NC State and Granville County food, animal, and tax rules and regulations.

I grant the Granville County Beekeepers Association, its representatives and volunteers the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the Bee Jubilee event. I authorize its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the Granville County Beekeepers Association may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
