About the application
Are you a skilled craftsman, artisan, or craft vendor? Are you looking to share your talents and gift with others? We are looking for artisans and craft vendors for our 2025 Farm Fest.
We are so excited that you are interested in participating in this year's event! To sign up for a spot you can fill out the attached form. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Growing Faith Farms reserves the right to approve or deny this application. You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Growing Faith Farms or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the festival.
Cancellation policy: Any Vendor wishing to cancel an event space reservation for reasons of their own may do so in writing up to 60 days before the event. A 50% refund will be given. Any vendor canceling within 30 days before the event, no refund will be given. Being an outdoor event, rain is a possibility. All vendors understand that this event will be held rain or shine.
Adverse Weather and the Assumption of Risk: For any event there is an inherent risk of adverse weather. There is an assumed risk of being a vendor / exhibitor, especially at outside events for both the vendor / exhibitor and Growing Faith Farms. All events go on rain or shine. No credits or refunds will be issued if the show is affected by forces of nature beyond our control during the event taking place. Please check our website or contact the office for updates on cancellations resulting from severe weather such as hurricanes, tornado's, flooding, etc. Please note, we will not cancel an event unless informed by state, city or local officials that it will be in the best interest of safety for all or a collaborative decision by Growing Faith Farms.
