WFS Food Truck Space - 24'

Do you have a food truck? Then we have an event for you. The Wood Fire Smoke Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for vendors, hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance.We are looking for BBQ vendors and beyond. So get ready as 15,000+ hungry festival-goers will be clamoring for a plate. 

Wood, Fire, and Smoke reserve the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until September 1st, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before September 1st, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after September 1st, 2025.
 
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
