You will only be charged if you are accepted for your selected vending date. Payments are processed every Friday following approvals. Please contact Fiona if you have questions or concerns about payment. Spaces are only considered reserved once payment is received. Social media shout outs are based on order of payment received.
Need to Know:
Applications are reviewed at least weekly. If you don’t hear back within one week, feel free to reach out to Fiona at freakoutparties@gmail.com. Payments are processed every Friday.
All applications are processed by Fiona through freakoutparties@gmail.com or Eventeny. Do not send money or personal information to anyone else.
Freak Out events are safe spaces for everyone. Vendors are expected to be respectful, professional, and appropriate throughout the event. If something or someone is making you uncomfortable, PLEASE bring it to a Freak Out team member’s attention so it can be addressed.
You are vending at your own risk. Freak Out Parties & Events, Radio Social, and any associated employees, volunteers, or contractors are not responsible for damages, loss, or injury. If you want to be protected, we recommend obtaining event insurance. We are not asking for proof of insurance; however, by participating without insurance, you waive your right to hold Freak Out Parties & Events, Radio Social, and any of their employees, volunteers, or contractors liable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations. If you’re not sure if you can make it, please wait to apply until you are confident you are available for the full event.
Vendor Requirements:
Artists, creators, collectors, non-profits, and small businesses of every kind are welcome to apply! Please see note below regarding vendor curation based on theme.
All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and display materials. Please reach out to freakoutparties@gmail.com before applying if you need help with your setup.
Vendor load in is from 9-11am. You will receive load in and parking information prior to the event. All tables must be set up and ready by 11am. If you arrive past 11am, you may not be able to participate. Please contact Freak Out ASAP if you anticipate delays.
Vendor spaces will be assigned in advance. You will receive more details closer to the event, and a floor plan will be shared no later than 24 hours ahead of the event.
Load out begins at 3pm.There is no early departure for this event. If you know you cannot attend the full 4 hours of this event, please do not apply.
At this time, cannabis, alcohol, and direct sales vendors are not accepted. There is limited space available for crochet and niche vendors. We also cannot accommodate specific space requests. For accessibility concerns, please contact Fiona.
For this market, vendor selection will be more curated compared to The Freak Out Flea. Priority will be given to vendors who fit the theme or can create products to fit the theme. Vendors who are similar to already approved vendors will be encouraged to apply to other events to avoid unnecessary competition. While I will not be rotating vendors as was previously done at Three Heads, be mindful that I can not approve every vendor for every market, no matter how versatile your product is within the themes.
Event Theme:
Freak Out Parties isn't a normal event organizer, they're a cool event organizer. All of Freak Out's events have a fun theme to bring out the little kid in all of us. The May theme is Birthday Party - a classic!
This will also be Freak Out's FIRST ANNIVERSARY! We'll be highlighting favorite moments from past events, and encourage you to share ideas on how to REALLY celebrate a whole year of parties together!
Gift Basket Raffle:
All vendors are asked to donate one (1) small item from their business. They will be grouped together to create mystery bags that will be raffled and/or sold to help raise funds for future events. This way attendees have the opportunity to take home goodies from multiple businesses and support upcoming markets.
Please plan to bring your donation the morning of the event. Try to have it accessible so you can drop it off at the info table when checking in upon arrival.
If you would prefer not to participate, or do not have items that would work for this, you can choose to pay an extra $5 instead.
Product Guidelines:
Freak Out Parties does not recommend offering *exclusively* high end or more expensive pricing at this event. You are encouraged to offer a selection of higher ticket items, but the goal is an affordable event for both vendors and shoppers, and the majority of your prices should reflect that.
No illegal, prohibited, or counterfeit goods are allowed.
All food vendors will obtain a Monroe County Dept. of Health Permit and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Marketing & Promotion:
Freak Out Parties & Events asks all vendors to help promote the event online and irl so we have an amazing turn out and lots of fun! Promotional materials will be shared electronically and in person.
Freak Out will be marketing the event, but vendor engagement truly helps maximize attendance.

Due to the new venue, electricity and wifi are not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
Any pictures taken at Freak Out Markets may be released publicly and shared to promote future events.
Please be mindful of your space, don't leave any trash behind, be kind to your neighbors, and HAVE FUN! Before, during, or after the event, don't hesitate to reach out to Freak Out with any and all questions or concerns.
