May Motors & Mocktails

Motors & Mocktails will host a carefully curated collection of small local businesses, artisans and makers for the public to enjoy during the event. Applications will be reviewed and final notice given if accepted by June 2nd. Your payment will not be processed until you have been approved.

This is a juried event, and is at the consideration of the vendor selection committee to choose the vendor line up for this event. You are not guaranteed a space even with application submission. 

There is NO power & NO water, please plan accordingly!

Chamber Members can enjoy the benefit of securing a vendor space without paying the vendor fee. Become a Chamber Member today!

The vendor agrees to pay the $25 vendor fee if you are a Non Member to Omak Chamber of Commerce.

The vendor may start setting up by 2pm, but will need to be completely ready for business by 3:30.

Vendor cars must be removed from Main Street by 3:00pm, you may park in WA Fed parking lot by Genes.

The vendor must provide their own display pieces and tables. 

The vendor may use their designated space as they see fit for their set up, but must allow adequate space for visitors to walk along the sidewalk.

The vendor must be fully available to operate their designated area from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.

The vendor will not pack up inventory prior to 6:00pm unless sold out.

We will do our best to accommodate each selected vendor for the size of space requested.
