Food Truck

LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) has received a special exception from the City of LaBelle, which allows up to two food trucks in Barron Park.
Space is available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (unless otherwise noted) from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (unless otherwise noted).

Food Truck Fees & Application Terms
Food trucks are required to pay a nonrefundable $25 application fee, which does not guarantee a spot at the event.
If accepted, there is an additional fee of $25 per day for each day you wish to participate.

All fees collected go towards the revitalization efforts of Barron Park. We will announce which truck(s) will be at the park on our website, www.downtownlabelle.com/foodtruck and on our social media channels.Please note: We can only allow up to two food trucks on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week.  If you would like to come but wish to have different hours, please note it on the application. We can post on our website and social media the exact times that you plan to be available.  Please note:  THIS IS STRICTLY FOR FOOD TRUCKS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DO NOT COME IN A FOOD TRUCK. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN.  PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR PARKING INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE BARRON PARK. 

We have been granted permission to have up to two food trucks in Barron Park through May 31, 2027. There is no restriction on the size of the food truck.Please submit the following documents to LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) via email to downtownlabelle@gmail.com or submit with the application:HEALTH DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE
CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY: THE CITY OF LABELLE AS CERTIFICATE HOLDER:  $500,000 COVERAGE

 Please note:  THIS IS STRICTLY FOR FOOD TRUCKS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DO NOT COME IN A FOOD TRUCK. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN.  Approval is on a first come, first serve basis. We are only permitted to allow up to two food trucks per day. If your requested day has already been chosen, we must deny your request. We will do our best to find other options for you. Requested days may be removed due to other functions in the park. 
We also are unable to allow two of the same cuisine on the same day. So, if a BBQ food truck signs up and you are a BBQ food truck asking for the same day, we will have to deny your request. However, if you are a BBQ food truck and a dessert truck has signed up, we will be able to approve your date request. 
*YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER CHOSEN DAY UPON APPROVAL. Please note: Eventeny will only so a charge of $20 but you will be charged $25 PER DAY based on your choice of days. For example, if you choose 3 days, you will be charged $60 but your initial application will only show $20.  As a food truck owner, you agree to stay in the designated area in Barron Park (west side of the pavilion in the parking lot), 
agree to limited flags - no more than three flags/signs announcing your presence,  agree not to obstruct pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic, 
agree never to leave my food truck unattended, 
agree that you will not connect to City of LaBelle utility services, 
agree not to make excessive noise, 
agree not to add additional seating around your food truck, 
agree to take all trash & litter & garbage & waste generated by my vending operations,agree to have an actual food truck. SORRY, NO REFUNDS.
LDRC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REMOVE APPLICANTS FOR ANY REASON. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TOWARDS LDRC STAFF OR PATRONS IS CAUSE FOR REMOVAL OR REFUSAL OF PROJECT. VisibilityPublicPayout Method
