Table Vendor Application

Please fill out and submit the application below in order to be considered as a table vendor at The Lucky Flea Market at The Lake House on May 18th. 

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for the market. 
 
NO REFUNDS: There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.
 
WEATHER: The market is a rain or shine event. We will remain open in all weather that allows us to continue to operate safely. As long as we are open, you are permitted to continue to sell.
 
YOUR TABLING SPACE: Each tabling space comes with a 6' x 30" table (chairs not included, please make sure to bring your own if needed). Tabling vendors are not allowed to bring any other merchandise that would go beyond their table. 
 
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 9AM - 11AM. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by market open (11AM). Any vendors that arrive after market open, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to setup. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (4 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 
 
FLEA VALUES: The Lucky Flea is first and foremost a safe and inclusive atmosphere for creators to thrive as a collective. Hate is never tolerated.I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of The Lucky Flea Market. I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. The Lucky Flea LLC. and affiliated businesses including The Lake House are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
