About the event

MUSIC, ART, DANCE & COMMUNITY! Welcome to Belmont Village Bestival! We are a two day music and arts festival celebrating local performers in this beautiful gem within the City of Kitchener and right next door to the City of Waterloo! We shut down the street and ramp up the fun every year two weeks following Labour Day weekend to celebrate the official closing of summer. Please come and be part of the magic!

About the application

Do you have artistic talent that you would like to share with thousands of Bestival attendees? We are an artist driven festival! If you would like to be featured as an artist vendor please fill out this application. All items must be original artwork. We do not permit commercial 're-sale' vendors. Please let us know if you have any questions.
 
For a 10x10 space there is a $60 fee, payable upon approval 
Bestival may be able to accept additional artists based on funding and space availability, please indicate below if you are able to provide your own tent. 
 
Art Market is From 10 - 6 on Saturday, September 17th.

Terms & Conditions

Artists will need to provide their own tables, chairs and display items. 
 
o   I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE that neither the city of Kitchener nor Belmont Village Bestival and its directors, members, staff and volunteers may held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, expense or damage to persons, goods, equipment or décor due to any reason including, but not limited to accident, theft, breakage, vandalism, fire, water damage, weather damage.
