Brewery Application

Downtown Coeur d’Alene’s 7th Annual Brewfest will quench your thirst with fine craft brews this summer! The festival will be held in McEuen Park on July 12 from 1 PM to 7 PM. Be a part of the fun and showcase your brews! 

Application Process: All applications must be submitted by the specified deadline above and must include all required information and fees. 

Fees: A non-refundable application fee of $5 must be submitted with the application.
If accepted, a participation fee of $145 will be required to secure your booth space. 
Event Setup: Setup times are from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Breweries must set up their booths by 12:30 PM on the day of the event.
Booths must be operational and ready to serve by the event start time (1 pm).
Booth layouts will be provided upon acceptance.
Breweries are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tents, tables, and serving equipment. 

Marketing and Promotion: Breweries grant the event organizers permission to use their logos, photos, and descriptions of their beers for promotional purposes.
Breweries are encouraged to promote their participation in the event through their channels. 

Cancellation Policy: If a brewery needs to cancel its participation, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
