Welcome prospective vendors!
After the
massive success of the 2024 Albany Mushroom Festival, we are SO excited to open up our vendor application for the 2025 Festival! We had over 7,000 attendees last year and are expecting even more this year! If you were a part of last year's festival, thank you so much for your interest in returning! You truly made last year one to remember, and know that (as promised), you are being given priority access to this application a week before it opens to the rest of the community.

*Priority will be given to businesses with a mushroom themed focus. Event Details:Sunday, September 21st, 2025 | 11:00am-6:00pmTimber-Linn Park | Albany, ORSetup time: 8:00amCleanup Start time: 6:00pm This is an outdoor public event, which will include workshops, live music, vendors, food, and alcohol sales.
NOTE:- This event is ran exclusively by volunteers. Please be respectful with your communication.
- Set up starts at 8:00am and all vendors must be set up by 10:30am.
- YOU MAY NOT DRIVE INTO THE PARK | All vendor booths will be located on grass. Be prepared with the proper equipment to load and unload yourself.
- Bring your own table, chairs, quick shade/canopy, tie downs, weights, etc. This is an outdoor event and inclement weather is possible.
- You may NOT leave the festival early without prior approval. Be prepared to be there the entire time.
- Electricity, loud noises, strong scents, or bright lights in booths are NOT allowed without prior approval from AMF.
- This is a family friendly event with a diverse audience. We ask that no booths or products contain overtly explicit, disrespectful, political, or religious content.
Vendor Fees:This event will have free admission for guests. The cost to operate this event is partially passed to our vendors. Booths do not have electricity unless otherwise specified.

We encourage smaller vendors to double up and share a booth (max 2 vendors per 10'x10' space) In addition, the City of Albany requires all vendors, who intend to sell goods and services during the event, to apply for a Vendor Permit in accordance with AMC 7.28.230
. Vendors are required to complete a secondary application and pay the city fee of $25. This fee goes directly to the City of Albany and does not benefit the festival. City application link will be sent along with approval email.
