Thank you for your interest in our event! Here’s an overview of the registration process:
Register on Eventeny: Start by creating an account on the Eventeny portal. This will allow you to sign up for any event listed there.
Submit Your Application: After registration, you can submit your application for our event.
Approval Process: Your application will go through an approval process. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your approval, along with a link to choose your booth space and complete payment.
Review Map and Prices: To review the map and pricing, please visit the "Related Files" section below and click on Floorplan-Shoppes 2025 with prices.pdf.
Please Note: All sales are final with no exceptions, including but not limited to emergencies, sickness, or change of mind.
Electronic Agreement: By selecting your booth, you are electronically validating and approving this agreement.

Terms & Conditions
Rules & Regulations
1. Booth fees range from $50 to $150 per booth space (various sizes).
2. Show Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm
3. Set-up: Thursday, if available, we won’t know until week of event due to the City of Show Low after school and sports schedules. Friday from 7 - 10 am
Break-down: Sunday after 4 pm
4. Vendors must be set up and ready for customers by 10 am on Friday.
5. No tear downs will be permitted prior to 4 pm on Sunday.
6. Booth spaces are available on first paid, first served basis.
7. Booth must remain open and always attended during event hours.
8. Building is secured overnight
9. No music playing during the show. NO SMOKING inside or near building entrances.
10. Electricity is extremely limited and assigned by event manager if request is approved.
11. No water hook-ups available.
12. Vendors will be provided with booth space inside the City Campus Gym (first paid, first served).
Vendors must provide display items, tables, and furnishings.
13. Vendor areas must be kept neat and clean. Trash must be removed throughout the event.
14. Vendors must keep all display items and booth materials secure and within their assigned space.
15. Unacceptable behavior and not following rules may result in loss of current and future space
and all fees. No alcohol, illegal drugs, or firearms permitted at the expo, including during set-up and tear down.
17. No vehicle parking in patron area during expo hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendors are to park all of their vehicles in the back of the building.
18. All sales are final with NO refunds due to emergency, no-shows or weather.
19. Customer parking areas are on south side of City Campus Gym and pickleball courts, all vendors will park in the back of building.
20. Insurance: Applicant must review and check the Release and Indemnity Agreement box OR provide a one-million-dollar liability certificate naming the City of Show Low and North Star Business Center as additional insured.
I have read and agree to the event information and application guidelines. By submitting this application, I hereby certify that I agree to release and hold harmless the City of Show Low and North Star Business Center, its agents, members or affiliates from loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event.
The Market Manager reserves the right to deny any application, expel any exhibitor, change, modify or cancel this event at any time. Exhibitors are responsible for their own liability insurance.
Release & Indemnity Agreement
The “Applicant” agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Show Low and North Star Business Center, hereinafter “the Shoppes” harmless for any and all claims or lawsuits for personal injuries, wrongful death or property damage arising from the acts or omissions of Applicant which is related to Applicant’s sale of products or services or Applicant’s booth or exhibit area at the Shoppes. Applicant shall be solely responsible for providing products liability insurance, completed operations insurance or other liability insurance, which would provide coverage for the acts or omissions of Applicant, or for Applicant’s activities at the Shoppes. If Applicant chooses not to purchase such liability insurance Applicant understands that Applicant shall be corporately and individually responsible for holding the Shoppes harmless and for defending any lawsuits or claims made by insured persons. Applicant’s indemnification of the Shoppes shall include all the costs of defense including reasonable attorney fees, expert witness’ fees, travel, food and lodging expenses related to the defense and other costs actually incurred by the Shoppes in defending such claims and lawsuits. If Applicant has liability insurance, Applicant agrees to add the City of Show Low and North Star Business Center as additional names insured for this event only.
Applicant further agrees and promises that Applicant will be solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, workman’s compensation benefits and other taxes, fees, etc., relating to Applicant’s sale of products and services and will hold the Shoppes harmless for all such taxes, fees or benefits.
Further, Applicant agrees that it will abide by all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances related to its use of the booth or exhibit area during the Shoppes. Applicant further states it will defend and hold the Shoppes harmless for any violation of law relating to Applicant’s activities or Applicant’s use of the booth or exhibit area.
