About the application
Welcome to the Anime Milwaukee Con Swap (convention space trade) Application.
Approved convention swaps are notified upon acceptance. Requestors will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and a suitable space becomes available. Conventions receiving an approved swap are bound by the rules in the 2026 exhibitor packet attached to this application.
Booth Placements
Con swap booth locations will be assigned. Location preferences will be considered if provided below when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.
Certificate of Liability Insurance
A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Anime Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Center District as an additional named insured is required to participate as an exhibitor at Anime Milwaukee.

Booth Add-Ons
Pipe & drape, electrical outlets, internet access, and additional skirted tables and chairs can be purchased via the Valley Expo exhibitor portal, or by contacting the Wisconsin Center directly. Please note that your email address will be shared with Valley Expo once accepted so that they can provide you with a login to the exhibitor portal.
Artificially Generated / Edited (AI) Artwork
Anime Milwaukee appreciates the creativity and talents of individual artists. Our goal is to support artists and their content. Taking this into consideration, the sale of all forms of AI-generated art is prohibited within all areas of the AMKE Exhibit Hall.
Sticker Policy for Convention Tables
Stickers are prohibited from being given away in our space.
This is a Baird Center rule, which we enforce.
Washi tape, pop sockets, memo pads, and other gently adhesive items are still allowed. It is only stickers and similar adhesive decals that are currently banned as freebies.

Terms & Conditions
Please see the Exhibitor Rules located on our website. Acceptance of a vendor booth constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions in the 2026 Exhibitors packet. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
