By applying to be a vendor at the Bourbon & Brisket Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Application & Payment1.1. Vendor spaces are limited and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2. All vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
1.3. Payments must be made by the stated deadline to secure your spot. Failure to submit payment may result in forfeiture of your space.
2. Vendor Setup & Breakdown2.1. Vendors must arrive at the designated time for setup and be fully operational by the event’s start time. Late arrivals may be denied participation without refund.
2.2. Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event and cannot break down early.
2.3. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tents, tables, signage, and any additional equipment required.
2.4. All vendor spaces must be left clean at the end of the event. Trash must be properly disposed of in designated areas.
3. Product & Service Guidelines3.1. Vendors may only sell items approved in their application. Any additions must be pre-approved by the event organizer.
3.2. The event organizer will work to limit direct competition among vendors but does not guarantee exclusivity.
3.3. Food vendors must comply with all local health codes and provide necessary permits and proof of insurance.
3.4. Vendors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer.
4. Marketing & Promotion4.1. Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the festival by sharing the official event page on social media.
4.2. Vendors should create an engaging and visually appealing setup to attract customers.
4.3. The event organizer reserves the right to use vendor names, logos, and images for promotional purposes.
5. Vendor Conduct & Liability5.1. Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and treat all attendees, staff, and fellow vendors with respect.
5.2. Vendors are responsible for any damages or losses related to their booth, equipment, or products.
5.3. The event organizer, venue, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury resulting from vendor participation.
5.4. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Battery Atlanta, and all event affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
6. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure6.1. The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors must be prepared for weather conditions.
6.2. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, etc.), vendors will be notified as soon as possible.
6.3. If rescheduling is possible, vendor fees may be transferred to a future event at the discretion of the event organizer.
7. Agreement & AcceptanceBy submitting a vendor application and/or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
