Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event Details: Little River Patriot's Day will take place on the Little River Waterfront (4474 Waterfront Ave., Little River, SC 29566) on September 13, 2025. Festival hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Atmosphere & Conduct: This is a family-friendly event, and we ask all vendors to contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere. To ensure that all attendees feel comfortable, vendors may not display or sell items that promote political candidates, parties, controversial social issues, or content that could reasonably be considered offensive, discriminatory, or divisive based on race, ethnicity, religion, or nationality. Non-compliant vendors will be asked to remove the item(s). Repeat or serious violations may result in removal from the festival without refund.
Eligibility: Booth space is available to food vendors. Sharing of space is not permitted. Only the business or organization listed on the application may operate in the assigned space. All exhibits are subject to review for compliance. The Little River Patriot's Day committee reserves the right to reject any item or vendor that does not align with the festival’s standards or mission. The decision of the committee is final.
Booth Spaces: Booths for Arts & Crafts, Business, Commercial or Community Service Organizations are 10’ x 10’ and must be covered by a tent or awning. Flat-top tarps are not permitted. Booths must be appropriately weighted to prevent accidents. Vendors are responsible for securing their tents; failure to do so may result in removal. Vendor spaces are located on asphalt, gravel, or grass. Community Service booth fees are $250.00 per 10’ x 10’ space. All business must be conducted within your designated booth space, and displays must fit entirely within your assigned area.
Pictures: Applications must include 2–4 clear photos of your booth setup, products, and/or menu. Flea market items will not be accepted. All photos will be retained by the festival.
Acceptance: The application deadline is August 15, 2025. All vendors are subject to approval by festival management. Payments will only be processed for accepted vendors. Acceptance is considered a commitment to participate. There will be no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or removals due to rule violations. The event is rain or shine.
Electricity: Electricity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates are $25 for 110v/20 amps or $100 for 30+ amps/220v. Vendors must provide a minimum 100-foot extension cord. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their equipment is compatible with the provided power.
Sales Tax: Each vendor is responsible for collecting and paying South Carolina sales tax. The SC Department of Revenue may request a sales tax number during the festival. For more information or to obtain a sales tax ID, call 1-844-898-8542 or visit www.sctax.org.
Vendor Setup / Check-In: Vendor check-in will be staged by space number and will close at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Vendors who do not check in by 8 a.m. will forfeit their space and fees. All vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 8 a.m. each festival day. Loading/unloading zones will be staffed.
Saturday Requirements: Booths must remain open until 5 p.m. Early closure will result in disqualification from future Chamber-sponsored events. Vehicles are not permitted on the festival grounds during open hours.
Security: Private and off-duty law enforcement officers will be on-site on Saturday. Vendors are responsible for their own property.
Clean-Up: Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their space and disposing of trash in designated dumpsters. Vendors must not dump ice, water, grease, or grey water in roadways, storm drains, or portable restrooms. Violators will be barred from future participation. Ask festival staff for proper waste disposal locations.
Liability & Insurance: Vendors are responsible for insuring their property, staff, and equipment. The Little River Patriot's Day and the Little River Chamber of Commerce are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury. All vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Food vendors, vendors with animals, or amusements may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Pets: No pets or animals are permitted within the festival grounds or vendor booths, including emotional support animals. ADA-compliant service animals are allowed. Limited exceptions may be made for vendors who work with animals and have proper insurance. Requests must be submitted in the “Event Preferences” section of the application.
Special Requests: We will make every effort to honor special requests but cannot guarantee accommodations. Please use the “Special Requests” line on the application.
Agreement Acknowledgement: By signing the application, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions set forth in these terms.
