Retail Vendor

The Johns Creek Diwali Market promises to be a wonderful time of celebration. We are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, art, merchandise, and service vendors to exceed our guests’ expectations. Special consideration will be given to vendors selling cultural/ethnic wares.

Vendor Fee: $250 includes 10'x10' tent, 1 table, 2 chairs

Set-up: Saturday, October 11 at 10:00am *Set-up must be completed by 2:00pm

Tear down: Saturday, October 11 at 7:00pm

Vendor Parking: You will be able to drive to your location and drop-off/pick-up your items and then park your car in the designated vendor lot across the street. Please note that cars will not be permitted in the lot until the event is over.

Vendor Fee: $250
Your fee INCLUDES a 10'x10' tent, 6' table, 2 chairs, and a disposable white table cover. You ARE allowed to bring additional tables and chairs. (Must all fit in the 10x10 tent)

• Electricity Fees:
• 20AMP - $100 per connection
• 30AMP - $120 per connection

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by October 3, 2025. 
• Due to the high number of applications, not all applicants will be selected. 
• No partial payments will be accepted. 
• Any application received after September 26, 2025 will not be considered. 
• Fees are non-refundable.

Retail vendors will be required to have a certificate of insurance for this event if requesting power.  
 
Liability The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, communicable diseases, or any cause above and beyond the control of the Festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause. Exhibitors and vendors must have their insurance agent mail, email, or fax the city of Johns Creek a Certificate of Insurance showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed.   The City of Johns Creek requires the minimum liability coverage: $1,000,000 per Occurrence$2,000,000 Aggregate$100,000 Damage to Rented Premises The City must be identified as an Additional Insured.

Small business owners (defined as a business with an annual sales volume of $10,000 or less) who do not have a policy can purchase single event coverage from these companies for a small fee:

 Participants (vendors) not selling a product or service, i.e., election candidates, are not required to provide proof of insurance but must also sign City’s liability waiver.   A signed waiver must be submitted with your COI.
