Be a part of the excitement and showcase your business at Winchendon Comedy Fest! We’re inviting vendors from across the region to join us for a full day of music, food, entertainment, and community celebration. The event is expected to attract large crowds throughout the day.

- Set-Up Time: Begins at 1:00 PM
- Event Time: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Vendor Fee (if applicable): $35

About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Vendor Requirements
Vendors must complete the application form and provide any required documentation, including licenses, permits, and liability insurance (if applicable).
Only pre-approved items listed in the vendor application may be sold during the event.
Vendors are responsible for following all applicable local and state laws related to sales and merchandise.
2. Set-Up, Operations, and Tear-Down
Set-Up: Vendors may begin setting up at 1:00 PM and must be fully operational by 3 PM.
Tear-Down: Tear-down can begin at 8:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, and any required equipment.
All vendor spaces must be left clean and free of trash. Failure to do so may result in additional cleanup fees.
3. Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy
Any applicable vendor fees must be paid in full upon application approval to confirm the vendor's participation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
The event will proceed rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
4. Conduct and Compliance
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward event staff, attendees, and fellow vendors.
Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their staff and volunteers.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not complying with event guidelines without refund.
Vendors may not sell any items deemed inappropriate or unsafe by event organizers.
5. Liability and Indemnification
The Town of Winchendon, event organizers, and affiliated entities are not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or injury incurred during the event.
Vendors agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Winchendon and event organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
Vendors are responsible for securing their own equipment and inventory.
