Your application will be approved and you will be notified regarding the status of your application. The Wood County Fairgrounds and the 4x4 Committee reserve the right to refuse any applications. You must submit a copy of your current health department license and insurance to be a concessioner at the Bowling Green 4x4 Fest. We request vendors submit a menu of items that they will be selling during the event.
