Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Please upload your Cert of Insurance under the Questions section. The wording for this can be found under Document templates, files, instructions
you must have a FL health license. Please have your health permit from where your food truck is parked visible.
ONLY COCA COLA PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD AT THIS EVENT. EVEN FOR WATER.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 7% TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THIS PAPERWORK WILL BE HANDED OUT TO YOU THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.
The Fire Dept will be on scene to inspect the morning of the event. There is a document for what they will be looking for also under Document templates, files, instructions, & waivers.
You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, September 8, 2025. If you are a trailer, you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is free parking for vendors.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
We do not give exclusivity and there are no refunds.
FESTIVAL SPOTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
