Pricing Starting at $600
Thank you for your interest in vending at Fat Con 2026! We’re excited to create a diverse marketplace for our 400+ Fat Con attendees. Please read through the following information, fill out this form, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
Access: All Fat Con vendors receive 2 full access passes to Fat Con, additional passes may be acquired, please see details below.
What’s included:
- One 6’ table with table cloth
- Space is 8’ X 8’ for vending
- Fat-friendly chairs
- Access to Sunday brunch, and hospitality refreshments
- Wi-Fi access
- Access to our discounted accommodation block while available
- Your name in our program
- 2 social media posts promoting your products on both the Fat Con and Fatlesque Fest NW (our sibling event) social feeds
- Your logo, linked to your your business' site, on the vendors’ page of your respective event

FAT CON VENDING HALL 16’X8’ - $1,200
ADD-ONS:
GOLD VENDOR PACKAGE (an additional $300)
- 1 quarter page ad in the Fat Con program
- 1 quarter page ad in the Fatlesque Fest NW program
- Go live with us on Instagram and show off your product or service to hundreds of fat followers
PLATINUM VENDOR PACKAGE (an additional $900)
- 2 sponsored badges to give away to your followers/customers/fans (includes graphics & marketing materials)
- 1 half page ad in the Fat Con program
- 1 half page ad in the Fatlesque Fest NW program
- Go live with us on Instagram and show off your product or service to hundreds of fat followers
Extra options:
Additional booth worker badge - $100 (1 available per vendor)

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- All vending applications are due by May 31, 2025.
- Vendor selection emails will be sent no later than June 30, 2025 . *If you do not see our email, please check your spam and promotions folders first*
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your space at the event.
- Vending deposits will be due no later than 10 days after confirmation from Fat Con to you. If you have special circumstances, and cannot put your deposit down in time, please let us know at the contact above.
