NC Cotton Festival vendor applications will be accepted until June 1, 2025. The NC Cotton Festival will take place in Downtown Dunn, NC from 10:00AM - 4:00PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

About the event

The 25th Annual North Carolina Cotton Festival is a celebration of Dunn, North Carolina’s rich cotton heritage, vibrant community, and the love for our local culture. Experience live music, over 180 vendors & food trucks, car show, tractor show, cotton gin tours and more! Join us for Harnett County’s BIGGEST festival of the year!!!!

Terms & Conditions

1. Have listed ALL items you will be selling the day of the festival. If you are selling items the day of the festival you did not list, you WILL be asked to LEAVE with NO REFUND.
2. Understand you are to remain in your booth at ALL times to sell your products. You will not be allowed to walk around handing out promotional items, including political candidates.
3. Understand you are prohibited from packing up and leaving early. You cannot pack up until 4:00PM. Violators will NOT be permitted into future events.
5. * FOOD VENDORS * Understand trailers are NOT permitted to be attached to vehicles for the festival.

6. * FOOD VENDORS * Understand you must have a fire extinguisher in your booth at all times. The festival will limit duplicated food, please send in your applications as soon as possible.

Non-Profit Info/Display Only $55.00 Non-refundable Must be a "not for profit" organization. (No sales, raffle, etc.) 501C3 or Government Agency. 12'D x 15'W Booth Space

Non-Profit Vendor $65.00 Non-refundable Sale of Food, Craft or Raffles. Must be a 501C3 Organization. 12'D x 15'W Booth Space
