Welcome to the second annual Miami Cookout 2025! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

The Miami Cookout is a vibrant summer, foodie family event inspired by the rich traditions of deep southern summer cookouts. It's a celebration of delicious food, lively entertainment, and community spirit, perfect for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories.

Terms & Conditions

• All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and Couty regulations.
• Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm.
• There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
• This is a rain or shine event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once the load-in is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park offsite as directed by event staff.
• All tents must be weighted and secured. No spikes are allowed.
• Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
• Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.

Prices

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	The application fee will be applied to the total cost of the vendor fee. Application fees are non refundable.
Product / Craft Vendor	$100.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a product/ craft vendor for the Miami Cookout 2025, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida. This rate will increase to $100.00 after June 16th.
10x10 Food Tent	$125.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a 10x10 food tent vendor for the Miami Cookout 2025, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.This category includes, deserts, frozez drinks, Ice cream, fruit vendors, street food vendors, and carts. This rate will increase to $175.00 after June20th.
Food Truck (16 feet max)	$150.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a food truck vendor for the Miami Cookout 2025, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.This rate will increase to $200.00 after .June 20th.
Food Truck (16 to 25 feet)	$250.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a food truck (16ft +) vendor for the Miami Cookout 2025, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.This rate will increase to $275.00 after June 20tth.
