Welcome to the second annual Miami Cookout 2025! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note, the rates shown here are early bird rates and will expire on June 16th, 2025. New vending rates will apply on June 17th, 2025.

•    All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and Couty regulations.
•    Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm.
•    There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
•    This is a rain or shine event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.   
•    Once the load-in is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park offsite as directed by event staff.
•    All tents must be weighted and secured. No spikes are allowed.
•    Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
•    Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.
