Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions
VENDOR/SPONSOR DUPLICATION POLICY
Avalon Park Group commercial tenants at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel retain the right of first refusal to be the exclusive vendor/sponsor in their category. The event manager reserves the right to deny any vendor based on duplication or perceived duplication of services or products. If a vendor is not accepted due to these guidelines, they may reapply with a revised application.
ELECTRIC / POWER
The promoter does not supply electricity for vendor use. If power is required, it must be reserved as part of your booth selection during the application process. Unauthorized use of power sources will result in additional charges.
PARKING / VEHICLES
Vendors may not leave vehicles within the event area. Vehicles must be out of the event footprint at least 30 minutes before the event begins and may not re-enter until the event promoter confirms that roads are reopened for load out.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the event, vendors/sponsors agree to hold harmless the event promoter, Avalon Park Group Management, Inc., and Avalon Park Wesley Chapel Property Owners Association, including all employees, officials, and principals, from any liability or damages to person or property. Vendors/sponsors also agree to indemnify Avalon Park Group Management, Inc. for any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from their participation, including any legal fees incurred in defense.
TAXES & LICENSING
Vendors must collect Florida state sales tax of 6.5% on all taxable sales. To obtain a temporary tax certificate, contact the Florida Department of Revenue at 407-475-1200.
All food vendors must be licensed through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and may be subject to inspection on the day of the event. To apply for a temporary license, contact the DBPR at 850-487-1395. A copy of your current license must be submitted in advance.
TRASH & CLEANLINESS
Food vendors are required to provide a trash receptacle at their booth and maintain a clean area throughout the event. Any vendor who leaves trash or waste in their area will be fined $50.
VENDOR ETIQUETTE
Vendors are expected to treat event staff, volunteers, and guests with professionalism and respect. Vendors who do not adhere to this standard will not be invited to participate in future events.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
All Avalon Park Wesley Chapel events are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the event area at any time.
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. You agree to only sell the items listed in your application. Any changes to your menu or offerings must be submitted in writing for approval. Vendors who fail to follow these rules will not be invited to return.
