VENDOR FEES:All vendors must pay the assigned fee in advance to confirm their space. No vendor will receive access to event grounds or pre-event communications without a paid invoice on file. SPACE IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Vendors with unpaid invoices will not be granted entry to the event grounds.
- The cost for participation in the Tasting Experience is $3,000.
- This fee is for inclusion in the tasting experience area and does not constitute an official sponsorship level.

BOOTH SPACE:Each vendor is allocated a 10'x10' space for activation. Your exhibitor fee includes a 10’x10’ fire-retardant tent, tent weights, one table, and two chairs. Electricity can be provided for an additional fee of $25. Additional booth upgrades are available and will be invoiced through Eventeny.
EVENT DURATION:Vendors must remain set up and active for the entire duration of the event to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees. Early departures before the event concludes at 10:00 PM are not permitted without prior approval from True Hospitality Creative management.
ELECTRICITY AND WATER:Unless otherwise noted in pre-event communications, electricity and water are NOT provided. Generators are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing by True Hospitality Creative management.
TRASH & CLEANUP:Vendors are responsible for keeping their immediate area clean and disposing of all liquid and solid waste properly at the end of the event. Failure to comply may result in a $250 fine and possible barring from future events. Vendors who fail to comply may also be denied entry to future events without refund or credit transfer.
WEATHER POLICY & REFUNDS/TRANSFERS:All True Hospitality Creative events are rain or shine. No refunds or credit transfers will be issued for vendor cancellations.
LIABILITY INSURANCE:All vendors are required to carry liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided before the event.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:I, for myself, my guests, and any representatives acting on my behalf, waive and release True Hospitality Creative, all affiliated venues, city government agencies, sponsors, their representatives, and successors from any claims or liabilities related to participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents arising from negligence or carelessness.
By completing this application, I authorize True Hospitality Creative to photograph or record video footage of me and my booth space during the event. I grant permission for any such media to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including web content, print ads, social media, and other marketing materials.
I understand that this application does not guarantee vendor space. Only payment of a vendor invoice confirms booth space. Without payment, a booth will not be provided.
I also authorize True Hospitality Creative to send event-related information via email and SMS.
A digital signature of this application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to these terms once payment is received. Vendors will be confirmed only upon payment receipt.
