Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

The State Fire Marshall comes into play for the permitting process. All trucks must have a RI state permit, which requires an inspection by the RI State Fire Marshall. This is not something that will happen on the day of the event, each vendor needs to apply for the permit prior to the date of the festival.

Health Dept:

 Food trucks need to submit an application along with a valid Mobile Food Establishment (MFE) permit from the RI Department of Business Regulation.

Please note: all mobile food trucks operating in Rhode Island must have an MFE from the RI DBR and a separate permit from each city or town in which they plan to operate:

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, Aug 18, 2025.  If you are a trailer, you must unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!

SPOTS WILL NOT BE HELD THIS YEAR.  PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

We do not give exclusivity, and there are no refunds.
