Craft Vendor Application

***Wood related crafts especially sought and given priority.***

Join us for an exciting July Friday and Saturday in the picturesque town of Shelby! We're on the lookout for talented handmade craft and commercial vendors to be part of this vibrant event. The highlight of the weekend will be the incredible chainsaw carving artists, showcasing their jaw-dropping skills.

But that's not all! There will be a community-wide yard sale, an auction featuring the stunning carvings, and a variety of fun activities for kids. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to share your creations and enjoy a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.

Applications received by May 1 pay a $30 fee per space. 

Applications received after May 1 pay a $40 fee per space. 

Set up time Thursday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Friday 7:00am - 9:00am 

Wood crafters are given first priority, then handmade crafters (Non-Commercial Vendors) are given second priority, however, all applications received after the deadline will be taken on a first come-first served basis, regardless of the type of vendor (with Festival leadership discretion), until spots are filled. 

• This is an outdoor show.
• Spaces are 12'x12'
• Vendors must provide their own tent which will placed on the street.
• Electricity is not provided.
• Security will be provided overnight on Friday but not Thursday.
• Securing merchandise overnight on Friday is required.
• The Festival will be held harmless for merchandise lost or stolen.
• Vendors are required to stay open for business for the length of the festival operations – Friday and Saturday from 9am to 7pm
