ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59pm April 17, 2025
$250.00 per space for fresh prepared food vendors
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL
Listed price above includes $50 OFF booth fees for applications submitted prior to 11:59pm March 31st, 2025.
Prices will increase to $300.00 for food vendors after March 31st, 2025

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
ALL FRESH FOOD VENDORS must provide a minimum $2M/$4M liability insurance.
ALL OTHER VENDORS must provide or obtain $1M/$2M liability insurance. Liability insurance is available below, if needed.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- If you live in, or your business is based in the city of Murrieta, a current Murrieta business license is required.
- If you do NOT live in, or your business is not based in the city of Murrieta, a Temporary Vendor's Permit from the City of Murrieta is required. You will need to add the Temporary Vendor Permit to your cart below.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Murrieta Community Services department reserves the right to deny the vendor’s request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received. The undersigned acknowledges that each vendor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. If you need additional space for prep or cooking, or if you have a food truck, you must purchase enough booth spaces to accommodate your needs. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table and any other supplies needed. No vehicles permitted to park next to or by their vendor booth. Vendors may unload at their booth and then move immediately.
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Murrieta, Community Services department, its representatives, agents, officers and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to the participation in the craft fair.
The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO WATER OR ELECTRICAL HOOK UP AVAILABLE. All vendors must be completely set-up by 1:00 p.m. and are asked not to break down their displays until 9:00 p.m. It is the vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
