 This application is for any vendor that would like to sell indoor using a 8' x 8' space.  This includes (1) table and (1) chair but you are welcome to bring your own. Please list all your items in the description. 

At the Westside Market, we're all about bringing together fresh faces and unique small businesses each month. Our market is designed to showcase the best in handmade items, food vendors, and innovative small businesses.  Are you a small business looking to apply? Let's get started!

What to Expect

• Multiple Events, Endless Possibilities:
  Feel free to apply for all the events that spark your interest! While we have just over 100 spots available per event, our selection process considers factors like weather, season, product type, demand, and the number of applicants in each category. This ensures a vibrant and varied market experience every time.

• Notification Process:
  You’ll receive one of three notifications regarding your application:

  • Accepted
  • Waitlisted
  • Denied
    We carefully review each application to maintain a dynamic, community-focused market.

Payment Details

• Easy and Flexible Payments:
  Vendor fees will be charged automatically to the card on file on their due date. If you prefer to settle your fees early, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
  Important: When completing your application, please use the card you'd like to use for paying your vendor fees. Rest assured, there is no charge to your card during the application process.

• Waitlist and Communication:
  Any unpaid spots will be offered to vendors on the waitlist. If a payment is denied, we’ll reach out immediately. However, if the issue isn’t resolved quickly, that spot may be offered to another small business. So, please keep in touch!

Our Focus

We celebrate handmade craftsmanship, small businesses, and local food vendors. We do not accept large chains, corporate consultants, or informational booths. Westside Market 2025 Vendor Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to become a vendor at Westside Market for the 2025 market season, you ("Vendor") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Insurance Requirements

• Business Insurance: Each Vendor is required to carry their own comprehensive business insurance.
• Additional Insured: Vendors must name Westside Market Health and Wellness as an "Additional Insured" on their policy. Proof of such insurance must be provided upon request.

2. Liability

• Vendor Responsibility: The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Westside Market, its management, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from the Vendor’s participation in the market. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to personal property, loss of items or funds, or any legal disputes.
• Trash Removal Liability: Westside Market is not responsible for the removal or disposal of Vendor trash.

3. Parking and Site Use

• Designated Parking: Vendors agree to adhere to all policies regarding parking exclusively in the designated vendor parking areas.
• Space Maintenance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rented space throughout the event.

4. Waste Disposal and Clean-Up

• Trash Disposal: Vendors must dispose of all trash directly into the provided dumpsters. If the dumpsters are full, Vendors are required to take their trash with them off-site.
• Failure to Comply: Failure to remove trash from the designated space will result in an immediate fee of $100, payable upon notice. Continued non-compliance may result in the Vendor being barred from future Westside Market events.

5. Prohibited Practices

• Oil Dumping: Under no circumstances is oil dumping permitted from any food preparation or food truck operations.
• Enforcement: Any instance of oil dumping will result in immediate action, including notifying the Cincinnati Police Department for appropriate enforcement.

6. Event Conditions

The Westside Market is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors acknowledge and agree that the event will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, unless event organizers determine that conditions are unsafe.

In the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions, event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event in the interest of public safety. While individual vendors may choose not to participate if they feel the weather conditions are unfavorable for their setup or products, this decision is solely at their discretion.

However, event organizers must consider the market as a whole and will make decisions that best serve the event, its vendors, and attendees.

No refunds or credits will be provided due to inclement weather, the event production cost still stays the same even if the event must be cancelled. Vendors assume all risks associated with weather conditions and agree that event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from weather-related circumstances.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By applying to be a vendor at Westside Market for the 2025 market season, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to fees or revocation of vendor privileges.
