- By purchasing you agree to the following rules: AI Art Policy: We are enforcing a zero-tolerance policy on AI-generated art. In previous years, we issued warnings and required artists to remove such content. This year, any violation will result in booth removal. Third-Party Licensing: Third-party licensors are not permitted to sell in Artist Alley. If you are selling licensed merchandise, you must apply for an exhibitor booth. Proxies & Documentation: Any proxy working on behalf of an artist/company must provide proper documentation. Booth Splitting: Booth sharing is not permitted without prior written approval. Retail Goods: Retail products may not be sold in Artist Alley. Decorating: All tables must be covered. Standard black table clothes are preferred however branded and personal business style clothes are acceptable Move in Policy: Artist are to move in through the rear loading dock area. Upon load in closing booths will be removed and late arrivals will not be allowed.
