Food Vendor Application

The 15th annual Macon Beer Fest is a Pints for Prostate event. Its goal is to promote awareness and education of prostate cancer to the community through the universal language of beer. This fun beer festival showcases downtown Macon, while promoting a good cause. The festival is put on by the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon. www.maconbeerfest.com

Rules and Regulations: All food vendors must provide Macon Beer Fest with copies of all applicable food permits before the festival.

Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'.

Location: Corner of Third Street and Poplar Street, Macon, GA

Food Vendors may begin set-up at 11:00 am and need to be finished no later than 2:00 pm.  Breakdown can begin at 7:00 pm and will need to be completed by 8:00pm.  Each vendor is responsible for cleanup of their own booth space.

Food Vendors will be assigned spots on a first come first serve basis. Be prepared to provide yourself any electrical needs with generators if needed.

Food vendors must abide by Georgia sales tax rules, if applicable.
