About the application
The goal of this event is to bring cool artists to the downtown area of Alpharetta and connect those artisans to an affluent art loving community that appreciates handmade quality products, art and design in a fun atmosphere of a city night market in conjunction with a free outdoor summer concert series sponsored by the city of Alpharetta and the Alpharetta rotary club.

All work must be made by the artist listed on this application.

This is a handcrafted products only night market. No buy-sell or white labeled goods permitted.
White 10x10 ft tents only
40 pound weights with straps are required for each tent legs - no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in possible removal from the event and forfeiture of booth fee.
One shared electrical outlet is provided 75 watts usage only.
You bring your own cords and booth lights.
LED lights only - 15 watts max.
No corded motorized machinery allowed - Battery powered items are permitted.
Event booth fee is $75 for a 10x10 ft space.
Booth set up is on asphalt on a closed city street - Commerce street - in the city center retail district in downtown Alpharetta Georgia.
This market is on Fridays 5 pm to 10 pm twice a month, May through September - dates vary.
Set up begins at 12 pm and ends at 4 pm. Event opens at 5 pm and ends at 10 pm.
This event is held alongside the “On the Green” summer concert series with the stage set up outdoors in the center of the town green area in downtown Alpharetta - the market will be adjacent to the concert within the pedestrian zone. Music from the concert will be audible in the Moonlight Market event footprint - plan accordingly.
Booths are set up on asphalt on North Broad and North Market Streets.
Set up will be scheduled in stages and will begin at 12 pm each Friday with the final vendors arriving at 4 pm. All booths must be ready to go by 5 pm. Late arrivals will have to handcart in items as the police will not permit vehicles into the area after 4 pm.
You must be available to set up as early as 12 pm to participate in this event.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the event.
This is a Juried event.
Artists may be rotated each market - meaning you may not get accepted every time. This keeps the line up of vendors fresh and exciting for our patrons.
The summer concert series brings in large crowds of families and young professionals to the area creating a party atmosphere with the pedestrians walking around the downtown area.
All booths fees are non-refundable - no exceptions.
Booth fees are non-transferable- no exceptions.
In the event of severe weather or an emergency and the event is cancelled - all booths fees are forfeited.
THE VENDOR ASSUMES ALL RISKS.
Vendor insurance is recommended but not required.
There will be a small waitlist maintained. Vendors from the waitlist can be notified 24 hours before the event and up to the event that a space has become available. Spaces will not be held without payment.
30 vendor spaces available per market. The center of the street will be utilized by the Alpharetta Moonlight Market for various entertainment and art installations such as caricature artists, mimes and fortune tellers fot the public’s entertainment. There will be a kids area provided featuring rotating vendors such as a face painter, bubble artist, and/or magicians.
Food and Beverage vendors may not apply to this event.

- You acknowledge that by participating in Alpharetta Moonlight Market, vendors acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, sponsors, and the City of Alpharetta are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property before, during, or after the event. Vendors assume full responsibility for their booths, merchandise, and any liability arising from their participation. Participation in the market is at the vendor’s own risk.
- Vendor tents must be a solid white canvas material and 10x10 feet in size with 40 pound weights with straps attached to each tent leg.
- Load in is a scheduled event beginning as early as 12 pm through 4:00 pm and you must be available to be scheduled during that time window. Load in is on Fridays only the day of the event. All booths and vehicles must be removed from the event footprint by 11:00 pm.
- All booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable - no exceptions. See application for explanation and details.
- Vehicles with trailers are not permitted at this event.
- Acknowledgment of Event Location and Sound Levels By submitting this application, I acknowledge that the Alpharetta Moonlight Market is held in conjunction with and in close proximity to the On the Green Summer Concert Series. I understand that live music from the concert will be audible throughout the market area and accept that sound levels may vary during the event.
- This is a night market. The city of Alpharetta will provide you low voltage electricity. You will need to bring a 75 foot extension cord. Duct tape to secure the cord from becoming a tripping hazard and LED lighting to illuminate your booth. No electrical machinery of any kind permitted beyond LED lighting. You must clean up tape off street at end of event.
