Food Vendor

Food Vendor Application Thank you for your interest in applying to become a food vendor at our 2025 Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park.  Application Instructions

1. Fill out this application.
2. Download and attach the MN ST-19 form to this application.
3. Upload your Food License issued by the MN Department of Health or Agriculture or license/certificate from your regulating entity (i.e. Cottage Food Grower, etc.)
4. Upload Proof of Liability Insurance.
5. Submit your application once it is complete.
6. Uploading pictures is optional.

Vetting Process

1. Once your application is complete our vendor coordinator will review.
2. Once approved you will receive an email with a QR scan code. Show this code at the gate for admittance during set up times.
3. If our vendor roster is full, you may be put on a waitlist as we review our options and space.
4. If your application is denied you will receive an email with an explanation as to why.

Payment Options

1. Payment is due on application submission via credit card.
2. Your card will only be charged if your application is approved

By submitting this registration application, you agree with the Duluth-Superior Pride Mission Statement. Duluth-Superior Pride reserves the right to reject any registration applications.
