General/Informational (non-merchandise) - Use this application if you are not selling merchandise **IF YOU ARE A NON-PROFIT PLEASE USE THE NON-PROFIT APPLICATION** Thank you for your interest in applying for a vendor space at our 2025 Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park.  Application Instructions

1. Fill out this application completely.
2. Download the attached MN ST-19 form and upload into this application.
3. Submit when complete.
4. Uploading pictures is optional.

Vetting Process

1. Once your application is complete our vendor coordinator will review.
2. Once approved you will receive an email with a QR scan code. Show this code at the gate for admittance during set up times.
3. If our vendor roster is full, you may be put on a waitlist as we review our options and space.
4. If your application is denied you will receive an email with an explanation as to why.

Payment Options

1. Payment is due on application submission via credit card.
2. Your card will only be charged if your application is approved
