About the application
This application is for farmers, growers, or ranchers. Grown products sold must be grown and harvested on the vendor’s owned or leased property. Ranch products must be raised and/or butchered within 250 miles of Weber County. As part of the application process, farm tours will be required.
We are not accepting applications from the following:
Multi-level Marketing Companies
Franchises
Permanent Jewelers
Resellers
Vendors offering age-restricted products
Direct-to-consumer companies/independent consultants
Political organizations
Religious organizations
HB181 category vendors

Terms & Conditions
This application is for Summer Market dates starting May 24th through September 13th, 2025, with the ability to request Fall Market dates in this application (September 20th through October 18th). Applications are accepted from vendors based within 250 miles of Weber County.
Farmers Market Ogden is managed and produced by Ogden Downtown Alliance, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Farmers Market Ogden strives to provide awareness of, and access to, local agriculture while utilizing vendors, musicians, artists, and community partners to create an inclusionary culture of urban arts and community engagement. The Farmers Market Ogden event series acts as a community drawing board for urban development and reflects a large annual economic impact.

I certify that I am not not a re-seller, MLM or other prohibited vendor type. I understand that if I am accepted, I agree to the Vendor Guidelines and to adhere to all market rules and safety requirements
I am stating that I understand that this application is not a guarantee to vend at Farmers Market Ogden. I understand that my application and supporting materials will be reviewed by the market staff and that I will be notified upon acceptance or denial.
I understand that Farmers Market Ogden reserves the right to deny any vendor for any reason that is not protected by standard non-discrimination laws. Furthermore, I understand that if accepted, I will be required to hold and display a copy of any permits required by WMHD and/or UDAF. By submitting this application, I certify that I have read and accept the preceding terms, conditions, rules and regulations.
