Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: Sunday, July 13. You may continue editing your application before submitting it until the deadline.
- Quilt Drop Off: Friday, August 15, 11:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday, August 16, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
- Exhibit Opening Event: Thursday, August 21, 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- Last Day of the Exhibit: Saturday, September 20, 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM
- Pick up: Monday, September 22, 11:00 AM-5:00 PM
Accepted Quilters are encouraged to provide a bio/artist statement. Tell us about your Quilt and inspiration!
Under "Questions - Business Name" feel free to write your personal name for both fields if you don’t have a business.
Please make sure to click "Submit" when you're done filling out the application. You will get an automatic confirmation email from Eventeny once completed.
ALL artists submitting work for sale must fill out a W-9 form at drop off. (We will provide these forms).
Also, remember to save your Eventeny login information and check your junk mail for future messages from Eventeny.

Please use street parking when dropping off or picking up your work. We are only able to use St. John's parking across the street during special events and exhibit openings.

Terms & Conditions
- Must be a member of Quilters Unlimited.
- All entries may be juried (not judged) to accommodate the LeMoyne Arts gallery space. Each QU member is limited to multiple entries that fit a total space no larger than 64” X 75” when combined & a challenge quilt entry.
- By applying, all accepted applicants understand that LeMoyne Arts has permission to use submitted images for promotional purposes.

- PUBLICITY: LeMoyne Arts makes every effort to advertise the exhibition to prospective buyers and art lovers. Unless notified in writing, the quilter agrees that the works in the exhibition may be photographed for use in brochures, catalogues, news media, and other exhibition material for marketing and exhibit purposes. We ask all quilters/lenders to like/follow LeMoyne Arts on social media.
- PRICING: the quilter receives 60% of the selling price for works sold from LeMoyne. LeMoyne’s commission is 40%.
