The Dark Revel Villains Ball is excited to welcome various authors to apply to join our event. For one magical evening, you can make new fans and engage with old fans. We are looking for Romatnasy and Dark Romance authors who would like to engage with their target fan base. While we do consider ourselves fans of villains, we do have a limitation on the content permitted in the books sold at our event.

Book themes not allowed: bestiality, pedophilia and ageplay, non-consent.

Authors will enjoy prime placement at the ball, and be welcome to treat themselves to food and drinks.

This exclusive soirée, hosted within the opulent and storied walls of the Toledo Club, invites you to embrace your inner mischief-maker for an evening of decadence and daring. Amid flickering candlelight and echoing melodies, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a cast of mysterious characters—all cloaked in dark glamour. Surrender to the rhythm as live entertainment enchants the senses and the grand ballroom comes alive with music, mystery, and movement. From sultry performances to spirited dancing, every moment will keep you spellbound. Dress to impress in your finest villainous attire—whether a classic antihero or a modern mastermind, your persona awaits the perfect stage. Masks are encouraged, but what lies beneath them is entirely up to you. The night holds many secrets, and only those bold enough to attend will uncover them. Will you dare to revel in the shadows? Layout: Spread between 2 floors in the Toledo Club, on floors 1 and 2. A VIP only lounge is located on floor 2.

Terms & Conditions

-Booth fees are non-refundable after July 1st, 2025.
-On location parking is free.
-Authors are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their space.
-Provided: 1 8ft table, and 1 chair.
-Booth space is for the author, no helpers.
-Helper admission is $25 to cover associated catering costs.
-Authors are responsible for their own sales taxes, and all legal filings associated with sales.
-Authors are responsible for their own security.
-The author agrees to hold Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited faultless in the event of personal injury, loss, theft, or damages associated with their attendance at the event.
-The author is responsible for any damages to the property that they do.

Prices

8ft Table Space	$125.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is a single 8ft table with 1 chair. Does not include a helper ticket, admission is for the author only.
Helper Ticket	$50.00	Non-refundable	Helper must be 18 years or older, and associated with assisting the author. All terms and conditions of the event applies to the helper. The Author is responsible for the helper.
