About the application
Please complete our online application to be considered for an indoor location at our fair. The Four Seasons Centre offers 309 booths. All booths are 10' x 10' foot draped with electrical service and internet access.
2025 Rental Rate:
10' x 10' $528.00
20' x 10' $1056.00
Booths must be staffed at all times. All indoor vendors must be set up and operational by noon on Tuesday, August 12th.

LICENSE INFORMATION The privileges granted by this License Agreement may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of whether voluntarily or involuntarily or by law without the written consent of the Steele County Agricultural Society.
A written request for cancellation of license must be received by SCFF no less than 30 days before the commencement of the fair. If cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will be applied, and the remainder of your funds returned to you. We do allow the license fee to be carried over to the following year if needed and approved by the SCFF. If a concessionaire is a no show for the event, no fees will be refunded.
The SCFF management reserves the right to refuse to accept any exhibitor who, in the sole judgment of the management, does not meet the standards of the Steele County Free Fair.
The Steele County Agricultural Society reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. If terminated by the Steele County Agricultural Society prior to commencement of the Fair, the fees shall be refunded, and the Agricultural Society shall not be liable for any other costs. If terminated by the Agricultural Society for what it, in its sole discretion determines to be good cause, the concessionaire shall promptly remove all its property and leave the premises. The Agricultural Society shall not be liable for any refund or any other costs, claims or damages by reason of such termination.

| Vendor Parking Lot | $25.00 | Non-refundable | VENDOR PARKING- We have designated Diamond #1 as a Vendor Parking Lot at a rate of $25.00 for the week. A vendor bus runs an hour before the building opens and an hour after the building closes to the vendor parking lot. Parking in the general admission lot is $5.00 per admission or $25.00 per week. On-street parking is free. |

Spaces are assigned on the grounds. Each space will have a fee of $75.00 without electricity or $115.00 with electricity. A FREE LOT may be available for storing vehicles and trailers not needed on the grounds about 3 blocks from the fairgrounds. Supply trucks can only be parked in designated reserved areas, not behind concession stands. Supply trucks are NOT allowed on the fairgrounds between 10:00 am and 12 midnight fair week. |
