About the application
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at WSP Pride 2025! This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. You are responsible for reading all information provided in this application. Please note that submission of application or payment does not guarantee acceptance.
- Each application will be juried through a panel of people to determine if the vendor is committed to the equality of all members of the LGBTQ community and if what they are offering is relevant to the community.
- Your application is pending until you receive notification that you have been approved.
- All fees are due at the time of approval and can be paid via ACH or with a credit card. Violations of WSP Pride rules and regulations may result in additional fees being charged, exclusion from participation, both during the event and in following years.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
General rules and guidelines:
- This event is outdoors; therefore, vendors need to provide a 10’x10’ tent with weights, tables, and chairs.
- 20 pounds per canopy leg is required.
- Electricity is not available – portable generators are permitted.
- Vendors are required to stay on-site for the full duration of the event.
- This is a rain-or-shine event. Event will be held unless weather conditions include a tornado warning or the festival directors decide conditions constitute park evacuation.
- No music that can be heard outside of your tent area. We will have entertainment on-site.
- Price and terms of sale are between the buyer and seller. Vendors agree to demonstrate fair business practices.
Permits, licenses, taxes, and insurance guidelines and requirements:
- All permits and licenses required by the State of Minnesota are the responsibility of each vendor. A completed ST19 form is required to be submitted to WSP Pride if you're selling and your vendor application is approved.
- Any required sales tax collections and remittances are the responsibility of each vendor.
- Vendors are need to carry their own insurance as WSP Pride does not provide this coverage.
- WSP Pride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- By submitting this application you are agreeing to the general rules, guidelines, permit, license, tax, and insurance information outlined above.
We DO not guarantee placement in any particular location and reserve the right to move vendors up to the start of the festival. Vendors who do not comply with onsite logistics and regulations will not be allowed to open for business and may be asked to leave the park, forfeiting the ability to participate in any way in the festival.
