About the application
The Pride In The Park Vendor Market is a LGBTQIA+ safe space and family-friendly free open-to-the-public event. It takes place at Beaverton City Park and adjacent lot (Saturday Farmer's Market Location) and streets (Hall Blvd, Washington St, 3rd Street) on June 29, 2025 set up for Vendors is 7 am - 9am. All vendors are required to have their booths occupied for the duration of the event 11 am - 5 pm. We encourage LGBTQIA+ owned and operated businesses and organizations as well as allies to participate as vendors for profit, non-profit organizations, food vendors, and entertainment. In order to ensure vendor variety as well as alignment with Pride Beaverton's mission, vendors are required to fill out application completely. Vendors will be asked questions regarding product, media presence, and website. Do not hesitate to reach out to info@pridebeaverton.org if you have any questions or feedback for our vendor application process. We are always striving to improve our process in both equity and accessibility. We anticipate 10% of our applications being denied do to capacity limitations or product duplication.

All food truck vendors are required to have Washington County permitting and licensing on premises.
