HowlOWeen Volunteer Application

Howl-O-Ween Vendor Vendors will be listed in any and all media releases and email blasts through LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC). Vendors agree to pay LDRC the set-up fee for this event. There are no refunds. Vendors understand that they will provide their own table, tent, chair, electrical cord, and other material to make the day successful. Items need to be set up by 9:30am. Vendors will not leave their booth unattended or break down before the event ends. Vendors will set-up between 8:30am and 9:30am on October 23, 2021 and will remain open until 2pm. Vendors locations will be indicated prior to each event. Set-up will be at Barron Park.

LET’S HAVE A SPOOKTACULAR GOOD TIME AT HOWLOWEEN 2021! JOIN LDRC FOR A PET COSTUME CONTEST, PET PARADE, VENDORS, FOOD TRUCKS, AND THE 2ND ANNUAL DOWNTOWN DOXIE DASH! IT ALL HAPPENS ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 23RD FROM 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM AT BARRON PARK! THE PET COSTUME CONTEST, JUDGED BY THE BEAUTIFUL SWAMP CABBAGE FESTIVAL QUEEN AND PRINCESSES, WILL BEGIN AT 10:00 AM WITH THE PARADE FOLLOWING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COSTUME WINNERS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED. THE DOWNTOWN DOXIE DASH WILL BEGIN AT 11:00 AM.
