Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
When choosing a tent space, please be aware the first dimensional number is the FRONTAGE and the second is the DEPTH.
If additional electric is needed, please indicate that in the application and that will be billed on a separate invoice.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Every effort will be made to satisfy each applicant, however; the final location of any exhibit will be at the discretion of the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair.
General Release and Acceptance of Rules – I (We) have read all the “Rules and Regulations” enclosed in the Concessions Manual and agree to abide by said rules. In addition, I (We) the applicant(s) do expressly release the Producer and Owner (Montgomery County Agricultural Center, Inc.) of any liability for any damage, loss of money, injury, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said space by the applicant, and agree to hold and save the Montgomery County Agricultural Center, Inc. harmless of any loss or damage by reason thereof.
It is mutually agreed that all information shown on this application, including the Rules and Regulations included in the Concessions Manual, is a part of this contract and will be binding on both parties upon acceptance by the Montgomery County Agricultural Center/Fair, Inc. It is understood that if this application is not accepted all fees will be returned to the applicant with such notification.
