About the event

Georgia Vegfest is back home at the Cobb County Civic Center. Join us to shop and eat and support the local community. You don't want to miss this fun event. Mark your calendars and get your tickets, swag bags, VIP Experience, and/or merch ahead of the festival. $10 Suggested donation ahead of the event or at the festival is requested. $15 Swag Bag option will be available! Compostable bag filled with $50+ worth of samples and coupons. $35 - VIP Experience - enter the event 30 minutes early. Get a cool upgraded goody bag that is reusable with items different from the swag bags. Limited to 50. Get access to our VIP room with tables/chairs for dining and items to sample, donated by our sponsors. $100+ worth of samples and coupons plus the reusable bag. Vendors can sign up on Eventeny and volunteers can register on Eventeny as well. *Food Trucks *DJ *Vegan Food *Shopping *Educational Speakers *Family Friendly Come out and support our vendors and plan on enjoying the music too.

Booth prices $0.00 - 30.00
Late Registration after July 2 $350.00 Non-refundable Food truck space outside the front of the venue. All attendees will pass by the trucks.
Adding Sunday SOLD OUT Non-refundable Add Sunday upon registering for $75. You'll setup based on arrival on Sunday.

  • Are you vending both days? Add $75 Sunday fee.
  • Upon signing up for your booth, you acknowledge that there are no refunds per our vendor agreement.
  • Please describe your menu and/or items you will sell in your booth.

  • Food Vendors must upload/email their SafeServ Certificate
  • Please provide your COI for Vegfest Expos
  • Do you need access to electricity? If yes, please share the number of amps.
  • Please click yes that you understand that you are not allowed to create a Facebook event for our festivals. You can add the event we have created to your page. You can promote the festival on all your social media channels, this only applies to creating a FB event. Thank you.
  • Please confirm, by clicking yes, that you understand that you'll follow our load in/out process and you'll keep a fully functioning booth for the whole festival.
  • A registration doc will be sent for vendor arrival times. Please sign that you agree to pick a time and show up at that time.
  • All communication will come through Eventeny. There's a message button in your account. Please agree to check this and confirm receipt of any messages that are sent.
