 FULL EVENT DETAILS DOCUMENT LOCATED BELOW UNDER "RELATED FILES"

  1. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
  2. Vendor will provide Battle Bros LLC with a $200.00 “Refundable” deposit upon approval to participate in the event.  The deposit will be returned to the vendor within 7 days of the event if they follow through and participate as agreed.
  3. Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event.  If the Vendor fails to participate in the event for any reason they will forfeit their $200.00 deposit.

$200.00 Refundable Deposit $200.00 This is a $200.00 REFUNDABLE Deposit, not a "fee" to participate. You will NOT be charged unless you are approved/accepted to participate in the event! All competitors will receive their deposit and processing fee back after successfully participating in the event. If you are selected to participate, and withdraw or fail to participate, you will forfeit your deposit.
