10'x10' Booth | $850.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You must provide tent, tent weights, table and chairs. |

One Power Outlet | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Please bring extension cord and power strip, your connection to the event power will be one outlet connection only. |
VIP Gift Bag Item Inclusion - 500 units | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Include a product or nice promotional item in our VIP gift bag. Must provide 500 units by 9/5. Legacy Cup will not allow any sale or gifting of illegal items at our event. |

- Write a short summary about your booth or business.
- I understand that no tables, chairs or tents will be provided.
- I understand that my pop up tent needs 100 lb weights on each leg. 400 lbs total for 10'x10'.
- I understand that setup will be Friday, September 26 during the day.
- Provide a general list of hemp-derived products your business will be selling (and if allowed sampling) at the event.
- Provide a list of non hemp-derived products your business will be selling.
- Provide your plan to for securing hemp-derived products in a way that they are not accessible to customers.
- I understand that Legacy Cup will not allow any sale or gifting of illegal items at our event.
- I understand that my booth must remain staffed and open until the end of the festival and if it is not, I will be charged $350 early exit fee.
- I understand that there will be no food sales allowed at the event.
- I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up my booth and the area under my booth. If my booth is not left clean, I will be charged a $350 clean up fee.
- I understand that I will not have any power available unless I select the paid Add-On.
- I understand that the best way to communicate to the Legacy Cup team is through Eventeny Messaging.
- I understand that once I have been approved, my payment will be deducted from the card on file.
- I understand that my Certificate of Insurance (COI) and signed Worker's Comp doc will be due by 8/1.
- I have downloaded and read the entire OCM Product Compliance pdf from this application main page.
- I understand that there is a chance I may not be able to sample hemp-derived products if there is no change to the current law.
- *I understand that I need to provide a list below of the product names and COA links (of the batch I will be bringing) of all hemp products I will be selling and if allowed sampling by 9/5 in order to sell or sample those products at Legacy Cup
