Terms & Conditions
All Vendors must read and agree to the Vendor Regulations for the current year and complete all tax information as required by the State of WV. (see attached files) Upon approval for attending the current year con, the total amount for all booths and extras selected in this form will be charged to the payment method listed. If you are not approved for the current year you will receive a notice through Eventeny. If you need notice before any charges are made please note that in the special request section of this application. Please do not send any payments by mail until contacted by the Tsubasacon Head of Vendors. Please note that delay in payment also delays full approval to attend, and could result in forfeiture of approval.
