San Leandro Cherry Festival Car Show

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR THE CAR SHOW ONLY. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU ARE ANY OTHER TYPE OF VENDOR. 

Enter to be a part of the Third Annual San Leandro Cherry Festival Classic Car Show! The show is open to vehicles from 1980 and older. 
 
Show Rules We ask that the following rules be followed to ensure that everyone has a good time and is safe while attending the event. Those who do not follow these rules will be asked to leave the festival completely. 

1. Each vehicle MUST be parked for the duration of the festival from 11 AM - 6 PM;
2. Evidence of insurance in your vehicle is required;
3. Proof of DMV registration, valid sticker, and license plate is required;
4. All entry vehicles must display registration placards visibly on the vehicle dashboard or front windshield.
5. No loud music is allowed to be played from vehicles. Any display of questionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show.
6. Listen to Cherry Festival Staff directions and or requests.
7. All entries must be driven into the show on their own power and be able to pull forward, backward, turn, and stop on their own power.
8. All persons operating the vehicle must have a valid driver's license.

RULES & REGULATIONS: 

This is an all-ages, family-friendly event. In addition to those listed above, please abide by the following rules: No Smoking, No Reving, No Inappropriate imagery, and No Gang-Affiliated Apparel. Failure to comply with the festival rules and regulations may result in ejection from the event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I accept liability for participating in this show and all risks herein. In consideration of the right to participate, I hereby assume all risks associated with the event and waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for death, injury, or property damage or any actions of any kind against the City of San Leandro, Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District, its promoters, officials and volunteers connected with this event.

PHOTO RELEASE & AUTHORIZATION:

Participants in the San Leandro Cherry Festival Car Show do hereby authorize, permit, give, grant, license, relinquish, and release to The City of San Leandro and the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District, and any of its affiliates, licensees agents, and representatives, the absolute right to do each of the following activities involving the vehicle, and /or each said persons, whether for commercial and non-commercial purposes and uses, whether in connection with, before, during, or after the event or otherwise, and without any further payment, consideration or notice from event organizers and in the sole discretion of The City of San Leandro and the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District.  (a) photograph, draw, depict, copy characterize, and/or recreate any images or likeness of the vehicle, and/or each of said persons; and (b) create, assemble, manufacture, print, distribute, and/or sell advertising, magazines, brochures, flyers, posters, T-shirts, miniature toys and models, packaging, and/or articles of manufacture which show said vehicle and/or said persons, and/or any image thereof. These rights to The City of San Leandro and the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District include, but are not limited to, any proprietary rights, intellectual property, and/or copyright interests necessary to carry out each of the above-identified activities and further include worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license.
